Integrative coaching
Clients may begin with different needs. Trias Coaching considers the mind, emotions, physical body, environment, beliefs, relationships, spirit, and daily action as interconnected parts of the coaching process.
Current coaching availability, format, and next steps are provided in response to an inquiry.
Ask about CoachingCoaching topics
Every coaching relationship is client-led. The topics explored depend on the client’s goals, experiences, values, readiness, and the patterns affecting daily life.
MEPS
MEPS brings the Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual dimensions of life into coaching reflection. It helps the coaching process consider the whole person rather than treating one concern in isolation.
Mental System
The Mental System explores how thought, belief, perception, focus, and self-image shape choices and intentional action.
Emotional System
The Emotional System explores how we notice, feel, and respond to emotions with greater compassion, steadiness, and self-awareness.
Physical System
The Physical System connects awareness with nourishment, movement, rest, environment, and grounded daily action.
Spiritual System
The Spiritual System explores meaning, intuition, faith, symbolism, integrity, and how inner growth becomes purposeful action.
MEPS
True transformation happens when all four systems are in harmony.
ARCA Bridge
ARCA organizes the coaching journey through Awareness, Reclamation, Coherence, and Aligned Action. The stages provide a useful sequence without requiring change to happen in a rigid or strictly linear way.
Notice patterns, needs, values, and the systems shaping the present.
Reconnect with choice, strengths, boundaries, and inner authority.
Bring insight, values, and the four MEPS dimensions into greater alignment.
Translate understanding into intentional decisions, practices, and sustainable next steps.
Montana SDMI HCBS Waiver
Trias Coaching is approved to provide Life Coach services for adults participating in Montana's Severe Disabling Mental Illness Home and Community-Based Services Waiver when the service is included in the member's authorized plan.
Services are connected to assessed needs and specific goals established through the member's case-management process.
Life coaching may provide motivation, emotional support, confidence-building, accountability, and support for developing independent living skills.
Participation depends on waiver eligibility, assessed need, service authorization, the member's plan, provider availability, and coordination with the case-management team.
SDMI Life Coach services do not provide medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, emergency response, or clinical treatment and may not duplicate other authorized services.
Members, case managers, and referral partners may contact Trias Coaching to confirm current availability and the appropriate referral or authorization pathway.
